Note:
To qualify for a wholesale account you MUST fax us a copy of your current business license and EIN letter from the IRS. We will NOT accept your license number via email (text) as we have no way to verify that information.

Your account will remain in a pending status until we receive the above information. Once we receive a copy of your license we will activate your wholesale account.

If you are a Washington business we will need you to complete a Resale Tax Permit for exemption of sales tax. Please return the form to us electronically, via fax or by mail.
