Before delving into the legal mumbo-jumbo below let me first say....

If you, for any reason, are unhappy with a product please let us know within 1-2 days of receiving your order!
We will work with you on an individual basis to ensure you are happy and have a satisfying experience with our company!
By placing your order with Country Meadow Ltd. you agree to the following:
Sales Tax: Sales tax in Washington state is destination based which means we will charge you the sales tax rate based on your city. We will, if necessary, manually adjust your invoice to reflect the correct sales tax amount. Any overpayment will be refunded by us. We will let you know and expect payment of any underpayment of sales tax before your order is shipped. If you are a wholesale account you agree to provide Country Meadow Ltd. with a copy of your valid business license as well as a resale tax certificate for sales tax exemption.
Cancellations/Modifications: You agree that all orders placed with Country Meadow Ltd. whether they are generated by website, phone, fax or email are to be considered processed at such time that they are received by Country Meadow Ltd. Once your order has been processed it may not be cancelled or modified in any way.
Backorders: In the event that we are out of stock on a product ordered that product will be deleted from your order and the rest of your order will be processed. We will note the out of stock item on your invoice and you may reorder that product when it is back in stock.
Accuracy of Information: Having placed your order for our products you have ensured that all of the information provided to Country Meadow Ltd. is accurate and correct. You also ensure that you are the person or entity authorized to make said purchase and payment.
Payment/Chargebacks: You understand and agree that you will make no effort to withhold or revoke payment for your order or dispute payment for your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. You agree that if Country Meadow Ltd.does not receive complete payment for the products ordered whether by dispute, insufficient funds or any other reason Country Meadow Ltd. will have recourse to seek payment in any manner it sees appropriate. In the event legal action is necessary to obtain payment for products ordered/received you agree to pay, in addition to the original order amount, any legal or court costs necessary to enforce the collection of the original invoice amount.
Product Pricing: Due to the fluctuating costs of raw ingredients used in our products Country Meadow Ltd. has the right to adjust product pricing accordingly without advanced notice to you. Adjustments will be made to inaccurate pricing without penalty to Country Meadow Ltd.
Handling of our Products: You agree and understand the natural nature of our products and agree that you have knowledge in the handling of said products. The responsibility for properly handling skin care products is yours entirely. You agree that your inability to properly handle our products does not generate sufficient grounds for the return, refund or order dispute of said products. Any products damaged or otherwise ruined by your mishandling is not the responsibility of Country Meadow Ltd.
Nature of Product: You understand and agree that due to the natural nature of Country Meadow Ltd products that each product run may and can often be slightly different between batches. You will hold harmless and not withhold payment from Country Meadow Ltd. due to batch differences which may include (but not limited to) scent, texture or color. You also understand and agree that product changes can and often times do occur over time which include (but not limited to) scent, color and texture.
Product Sampling: You understand and agree that you have sampled the Country Meadow Ltd. products that you are ordering and have found them to be satisfactory for your application. If you have not sampled our products you understand and agree that you hold Country Meadow Ltd. harmless and will not withhold payment if you find those products unsatisfactory for your application. You understand and agree there will be NO product returns authorized if it fails to meet your expectations.
Seasonal Temperature Changes: You understand and agree that seasonal temperature changes can effect natural skin care and home fragrance products. You understand and agree that alternate shipping methods may be advised such as overnight express or cold packed at an additional expense to you. You understand and realize that seasonal changes vary from one part of the country to the other and it is your responsibility to consider the temperature ranges from beginning to end. No refunds will be given for products traveling in extreme temperatures and are damaged because you elected a less than desirable shipping method.
Product Claims: You understand and agree that Country Meadow Ltd. makes no claims, expressed or implied, that any product be used for diagnosing, treating or otherwise healing any medical or mental condition.
Shipping: You understand and agree that Country Meadow Ltd. has a processing time of 3-4 days starting the day after you place your order. This time frame does not include weekends or holidays. You also agree, for wholesale orders, depending on the product and quantity ordered the lead time may be increased to 3-4 weeks. Country Meadow Ltd. will notify wholesale orders of the lead time once your order is received. Your order will be sent out for shipping after the stated lead time.
In the event that you, for whatever reason, refuse delivery of your order and it is returned to us (unopened) you agree to refund us the shipping costs both for the original shipping and the return as well as pay a 30% restocking fee. You agree to not withhold payment or file a dispute regarding these fees. Once the return order has been inspected Country Meadow Ltd. will refund your payment minus the above fees within 2-3 weeks after the return has been received.
You guarantee that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have legal right and ability to enter into this agreement and make credit card charges or any other form of payment on your own behalf or on the behalf of the entity you represent and that any and all information your provided to Country Meadow Ltd. is accurate and currant.
Legal: You understand and agree that the laws of Washington State will govern and be applied to any and all orders. This agreement is governed by the laws of Washington State in the United States of America. Each party agrees to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America and agrees to commence any litigation which may arise in the courts located in Washington State, Snohomish County, United States of America.
If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable portion will be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the original intent and the remainder of this agreement will remain in effect.
Country Meadow Ltd. has the discretion to amend this agreement at any time without further notice to you.
